Antique Vintage Household Scale 25 Pound Dated 1912 and 1915 Authentic Farmhouse Country Glass Front Scale. I am always drawn to old scales, haven't come across a style like this yet with a glass front over the scale and the squared top. Is dated with patent dates but no maker name. Oct 29, 1912 and June 17, 1913. Their industrial primitive look appeals to all sorts of decorating trends. Decorate with top with an old crock, bird nest, etc. This one has a saltbox blue/green color with surface rust and ware. 25lb. scale. Size is 8 3/4" H x 6 1/4". x 8 1/2" I have one above my kitchen cabinets with a little old mixing bowl on top and love it.
