Primitive Triple Wooden Hanging Heart Decor. Found this triple heart hanger at a second hand store. It needed an update! I painted the hearts, Burgundy, Mississippi Mud and Khaki Tan. The backs and sides of hearts are stained wood color. They are wired together and at the top hanger, I added a burlap and Black and Tan checked fabric tie with a primitive tag that reads LOVE.
